Tension problem with Janome 8200

I`ve recently purchased a Janome 8200. Since setting it up I have had problems with the bottom tension being a wee bit loose.

 On the black material the top line of stitching is position 2 on the tension dial, the centre line is auto (which is the best out of the three but still not perfect) and the third line is on position 5.

The red material is when using the free motion quilting with the settings used in the other two photos. 

 I can`t see a way of adjusting the bottom tension so I`m at a loss as how to fix it, any ideas would very appreciated.

Have you had a look in instruction book or perhaps there is a sewing machine shop close by that you could go to
