    Using up scraps of yarn

I've only made 4 so far but I'm going to make a few more. I'm thinking I could use them as an advent calendar if I hook them onto a dowelling rod or maybe use as place name markers at the Christmas Dinner Table with a little choccy inside.
  2. Thanks to OPALSHARDS for these sweet Christmas earrings, and the handy Christmas images!! And to STAKREEM for this fascinating glass globe tree ornament with crochet and beads. And to Swap Hostess for October, Liz (CRAFTY NANNIE) for the floss RAK! Thank you! Great stuff, ladies!!
  3. I'm interested in knowing what the craft trends are for this autumn/winter 2014 to include; colours, materials or a particular project/item to make etc. A quick search on the net provides lots of fashion and home trends, some which you could apply to craft and handmade gifts. Any thoughts?
  4. I would like to share my favourite Christmas edible gift ideas such as candy & cookie sleds, candy bouquets, candy bar favors (free printables), homemade cakes and more. You can see them at http://ediblecraftsonline.com/christmas/index.htm

    It's a bit early but...

Morning guys! How's everybody doing? Autumn definitely feels like it's here this morning, don't you think? It's a little early to start thinking about Christmas, but I was just wondering how everyone's going to be decorating this year. There are so many different trends and styles to pick from - I'm not quite sure what to pick myself. I love the traditional feel as it's so cosy, but I'm tempted to mix it up a little bit. What about you? I'd love to hear

    What's on your Christmas list?

Hello crafters, Hope everyone is well, and that nobody had too much trouble with the storm earlier this week! Things go into a bit of a panic, don't they? I was wondering what's on your Christmas list this year! What crafting goodies have you got your eye on? Let me know, I'd love to hear! Take care, Jenny X
  7. Hi papercrafters! It's a little early but we're looking for people to feature in our Christmas dec special. Simply write into us at jennifer.ward@aceville.co.uk and tell us about your memories of putting up the Christmas decs. Was it a family occasion? Were there fights over who put the angel on the tree? Or was this just my house... If you're featured, you'll win a fab goodie bag! Why not send us a photo of your Christmas memory as well?

    Festive Treats

We're in full Christmas swing at HQ currently and I've been really inspired by all the exciting makes we have lined up. Which got me thinking about setting myself a festive craft challenge, to make my very own gingerbread house. It's not something I've attempted before, so I wondered if any of you had any good tips and advice, or a tried and tested recipe? Thank you
