    Recent Cards..

Some cards that I have made this year so far... One of the birthday cards I already posted in another thread but I took more pictures with just a white background. The engagement card..I wasn't totally happy with the bubble crease marks left..suppose that's what I get when i use wet glue for the first time. Won't be doing that again in a hurry. Birthday Card 1 - I used the tutorial on this blog to make this card - http://beccysplace.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/technique-class-gatefold-window-card.html Birthday Card 2 - Free Digital Stamp used from this blog - http://sherribaldy.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/free-sherri-baldy-birthday-digi-stamp.html Engagement Card - I can't link this right now but I created this by watching a tutorial on youtube, username Just A Few Designs and the ladies' name is Elsa. New Home Card - just a wee quick and simple card I made for my friend.
  2. Hello lovely crafters! I've been researching a few of the trends this year, and what we can expect! Of course there's no predicting these things entirely, but it always helps to think about what we will see in the shops - and our next few makes of course! Of course I couldn't include them all, but digital crafting, lace-look, floral vintage, natural materials, calligraphy and retro pattern are all set to get big this year, and I was wondering which you're most looking forward to! Personally, I'm looking forward to retro patterns the most - if I really had to choose. I have been meaning to perfect my calligraphy too so it's a tough one! I love the colours often used along with retro patterns, soft reds, oranges and yellows. Tell me what you're looking out for Take care, Jenny
