No point at all weighing every day, I used to do that too. And every day would be different!


Half way through the day just having dinner now, then a walk I hope.

That's what I keep telling myself...then it's like I forget and just sit down with a biscuit and a cuppa. or I'll have crisps with my sandwich. Maybe I need to re-join a group but since I work shifts with no real pattern I can go weeks without getting there (plus the expense).


No excuses woman just start!!!!
