A few glass tiles, glue and some grout is all you need to transform basic homeware
What you need...
- Vase, glass
- Mosaic tiles, 10mm square, glitter glass: blue, green, white
- Craft glue, strong
- Grout
- Sponge
- Knife, blunt
- Craft knife

Scrub a vase to remove any dirt, then leave to dry. To the centre of one side, fix a white tile adding a square of eight tiles around it.

Glue another block of tiles above and below the central square, referring to the downloadable template and leaving a 1.5cm gap between each. Press firmly and leave for an hour to set.

According to the instructions, mix grout and apply with a blunt knife. Wipe over with a damp sponge and leave to dry, before polishing with kitchen paper. Repeat to mosaic the remaining sides.
