What you need...

• Card: cream; black; burgundy; pink
  
• Paper: flocked, polka dot, crimson; pink; pale pink; patterned
  
• Ribbons, assorted
  
• Buttons
  
• Embellishments, various
  
• Paint, white: acrylic; relief
  
• Mount board
  
• Pen, fine, black

instructions

1. Apron Bookmark - 1. Cut a simple apron shape from cream card, and cover the top part with flocked paper. Trim a semi-circle from a contrasting sheet for the pocket and glue it on as shown.
   
   2 When dry, cut along the outline of the curved edge with a craft knife, so the pocket lifts up but is hinged at the top. Decorate with ribbon and embellishments. Write a message on the bottom part of the apron with a black fine-tipped pen.
