This fun-looking font was designed in the style of calligraphy, similar to that used in ancient religious texts. A festive touch was added with the addition of ‘snow’, heaped in little piles on top of each letter. This font would look best rendered in black and white, and one way to use it is to trace it in black ink onto translucent white paper or vellum, for a suitably frosty look. A calligraphy felt-tip could be useful here, if you have a steady hand!
