Lemon Drizzle Cake

This lemon drizzle cake looks really tasty. One thing though, did you leave the cake to cool in the tin? Reason being if you normally leave a cake to cool in the tin for too long the cake takes all the heat from it, sometimes making the cake quiet dry inside whereas if you leave it to cool in the tin for a couple of minutes and then remove it on to a wire rack it keeps it moist n fluffy inside.


I've not made a lemon drizzle cake before so it might be different :) I guess for putting the sugar over it the tin stops mess.
