Brilliant!

 

I feel soooo much better this morning for not snacking last night, I'm so used to picking at things (biscuits, chocolate, crisps) while knitting that it'll be a hard habit to break, but promising everyone else that I wouldn't do it strengthened my resolve (I can feel the lbs dropping off :lol: )

I have joined on your other post but I agree with you. You have to want it for you not for someone else. I am 5'6" I currently weigh 13 stone 9lb. I have what they call a dense skeleton - very good as far as it goes for arthritis and osteoporosis, but not good for finding clothes that I feel comfortable wearing. My ideal weight is about 11 stone and that is my target - any less and I look too boney. last time I reached my target I got pregnant (14 and a bit years ago) not likely to happen again, I always get close and then something happens and I fall off the wagon.

I have decided one day at a time, if I fall I'll just start again the next day
