Pink Punched Christmas Card

Try alternative colour schemes to give your cards a new look this year

Step 1 - Trim a square of pink patterned paper to slightly smaller than the face of the card blank.
Step 2 - Using the Everywhere Window Punch™, cut out a circle from the centre of the pink sheet and fix a scrap of kraft paper behind it with double-sided tape.
Step 3 - Create an all-over pattern on the pink using the Continuous Stamping Wheel™ and Gifts Continuous Stamp.
Step 4 - Using the ShapeCutter™ and Circles Template, cut out the smaller sized circle. Reposition your paper over a larger circle on the template, making sure it is centred, and cut out. Ink the edges in brown and fix to the pink. Fix ribbon across the panel as shown and finish off with a double bow.
Step 5 - Cut triangle shapes from kraft and pink paper. Fix to white paper and cut out leaving a white border. Fix to card as shown. Then, fix the pink tree with 3-D foam pads to create dimension.
Step 6 - Punch stars using the Lever Punch from white and kraft paper, and decorate card as shown.
Step 7 - Stamp the word 'Merry' onto a scrap of white paper and fix in the centre of the aperture. Print 'Christmas' as shown. Create faux stitching around the edge of the card and aperture using a brown fine liner pen.

Step 8

Decorate the kraft stars with self-adhesive gems. Highlight the trees and the ShapeCutter™ circle with glue pen and sprinkle with glitter. Allow to dry.
