instructions

1. Cover the front of a blank, 10cm square, with red card. Die-cut a circle from an atlas page and fix centrally with spray adhesive.
   
   

2. Print two large red ‘L’s and a congratulatory message onto white card. Trim the sentiment into a tag and mount onto green card, then secure blue grosgrain ribbon to it with a yellow staple.

3. Cut out the ‘L’s to represent learner plates. Slice one in half and glue to the bottom-left of the card, overlapping slightly.
