Well i got mine from the UK loads of places have fantastic deals on at the moment, not as cheap as if you got it from the US, but i felt safer getting it from the UK.
I know of 2 sites which have it on special (£299) that is the expression which i recommend by the way but one of the sites has the original for £179.99.
PM me if you want any info not sure if we are supposed to mention names on the MB.

It’s fine mentioning sites hun, as long as they are not your own!

These are the websites i know of that are doing good deals and i have had good dealings with so can recommend them.
Just follow the links:
http://www.oysterstamps.co.uk/acatalog/Cricut_Machine___Cricut_Expression.html
http://www.craftsulove.co.uk/offer_of_the_month.htm?tp=CONTINUE+SHOPPING

If your thinking of going for the original smaller cricut (don’t just go for the expression if you can, i got the baby bug in Jan and with a little help i got the expression last month, most people upgrade) Hobbycraft have it for £199 i think.

I would be worried about getting it from America via ebay what do you do if it has a fault?
My expression had a fault and had to go back, and it was so easy for me to get my replacement and quick.

Find out if there may be problems to do with the power voltage on the machines. We have 240V here in Australia and I believe it is 120V in US. Just a thought, You can always use a travel power adapter too I think.

If it were me, considering the cost involved, sometimes it is better to buy local, saves time and money in the long run if something should ever happen.

Good luck with whatever you choose.
