I keep getting the message “the email address is unavailable” what should I do?
This usually means you've already registered. Please try logging in and resetting your password.
How do I access the downloads?
To open your downloads, please extract the files from the .zip folder before you open them. The simplest way to do this is to right-click the .zip folder and select 'Extract All...' from the context menu. Once the extraction wizard starts, keep pressing next and eventually the button will say close. Close the wizard and there should be a new folder with usable downloads in which you can open.
My username and password are refused.
Please make sure you are entering it correctly, as both Username and Password are Case Sensitive. If you are copying and pasting your username and password, please ensure that there are no leading or trailing spaces when you enter them. If you still encounter problems when trying to log in, please try clearing your internet browser's cache and cookies, if you don't know the procedure to do this, please go to Tools, then Internet options and then go to delete browsing history, where it should also give you options to delete your cache and cookies. Log in again after this, and tick the remember me box. You should then be able to access the content. I can’t find my account activation email!

Are you receiving an invalid activation code error?
There is a good chance the account may have become activated anyway. Please try logging in.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe from future mailings, please change your email preferences in the control panel, selecting 'No' in the Newsletter option within Profile. (Note: You must be logged-in).
