This Delightful Beaded Decoration Is Sure To Add A Little Glitz And Glam To Your Home Interior

Preparation

1. Slide a selection of beads and sequins on 1” silver head pins. Change the sequence each time to create contrast and interest.

2. Ensure that you design some smaller bead combinations, as these will fill in the gaps on the ball. Try to keep the tones and colours similar, icy blues, whites and a hint of silver from crystal diamanté and snowflake sequins.

Decoration

1. To create the diamanté centrepiece, use one half of a diamante crystal clasp (JRO5271). Loop ribbon, 3mm wide, around the middle and conceal the knot behind the base.

2. Dot a little glue on the shank back and, using a polystyrene ball as the base, sink it into the surface of the ball.

3. Now, simply push the embellished head pins firmly into the remaining surface area. For added security, add a little glue to the tip of each one before applying it to the decoration.
