Create this beautiful card using Crafts Beautiful's exclusive HOTP backing papers

Backing papers, free with thisissue of CB
Tag, parcel
Foam pads
Glue dots, micro
Jump ring, silver
Reinforcements, cloth
Button, mother-of-pearl, pink
Hole punch
Pliers
Scissors, tweezer
Friend Card
Stick a strip of the spotty backing paper (free with Crafts Beautiful July '07) to the left of a cream card, with a patterned piece next to it, and leaving the opening edge blank. Cut out a 'Happy Birthday' banner and attach vertically down the right-hand edge.
Cut out the 'Birthday Wishes' tag and fix at an angle to the top of the 'Happy Birthday' strip. Curve the ends of the 'friend' wording and attach to a small green, then a large tag. Stick to the bottom of the blank with 3-D foam pads.
