How beautiful! I would love to be able to make that bear for our new grand daughter. You guys are so lucky to have such cool patterns and magazines where you are. Here in the states we have a lot of knitting magazines, but nothing (in my opinion) as good as the ones you all have, and being overseas, I can't afford to get a subscription. Our magazines don't have anything that cute. ~Tricia

Thanks. I will check that out.
I did find the magazine that the little bear is in on Ebay and hopefully the lady will email me back saying that she will ship to the U.S.
I have 4 sons and they each had their own special stuffed animal when they were little (they are now 39, 36, 33 and 30)...and I now have 8 grandkids to knit and sew for.

Yes, I love that site...always finding new patterns listed...just wish i had the time to knit up everything I see LOL.

I belong to the Holiday Mystery Gifts group but I haven't even had much time to make up new patterns for them. Hoping next year will be better..,.I have a few new ideas in my head...just have to get them down on paper.

Now I have to go figure out how to tell a Muggle "No, I will not work on slippers all next year"
I offered to teach her how to knit them herself but she said "Oh, I can't do that, I have too many other things to do"....hmmm, last time I looked I had other things to do also, even though I don't work someplace, and when you don't work anywhere, they always think you have all the time in the world to do this. Sometimes you just have to feel sorry for them lol.

No wonder it took a while, he is a multi-coloured super ted, not your run-of-the-mill bear.

Very cute.
