Hi there, please can someone help with subscription problem to both Crafts Beautiful mag and SEW mag (DD taken for both but no mags received at all yet!!!!) and i am very disappointed with service so far.
I subscribed to both magazines on 7/8 August 2010 and my Direct Debit confirmation letter confirmed I would receive the Crafts Beautiful Xmas Special edition due out approx 17 Sept 2010 and Sew October 2010 magazine also due out on 17 Sept 2010 but to-date I have still have NOT received either these or any other magazines though my Direct Debit has been taken for both subscriptions!!!??
Please can someone urgently help/respond and advise when/what I can do or expect to receive these magazines soonest. Please, please can someone help me with obtaining both my SEW magazine and my Crafts Beautiful magazines???
