The swaps are causing me a lot of work each month, so I’m considering some big changes with then.

So if all the swappers / hosts can help and do there bit to the following rules, below that would be a massive help, if not then I will be thinking of removing some of the swaps that are not so popular as others.

So plan one if it works!

I will PM all host swappers a month in advance to check they can still do there swap, and a dead line will be given.
I will also PM all host swappers automatically on the day they can set there swaps up by, and I’ll be giving a date that all swaps must be finished by!

If a swapper has not got there make in by the closing date, then the swap must still stick to that date, and send there swaps out.

Can all host swappers PM the swappers at least a week before the closing date to remind them and to check they will be taking part still.

If any Host swappers are unable to do a swap that they are down for can they please PM me in advance to give time for a new host to be found.

All host swappers must also put the closing date on the title of there swap, update there post on the first post regally and add a photo of the makes and who’s getting who’s once completed on the post please ( the photo and who to who, does not apply to the image swap)

Sorry if I seam bossy here, but if we can all stick to this then all the swaps can stay, as there is no reason if they are running smoothly to be a problem to need to remove any.

totally 100% on this with you on this Louise, it is soooooo much work for you and you ahve done LOADS for this forum especiall with swaps in reminding people and hosts about them and PMing when to say they can put swaps up. It takes a lot of work and takes soooo much of your time too.

we’ll do anything to help ease all pressure and give less work for you

I’m with Sarah on this one and think this is long overdue so well done Louise.
It would be a shame to lose any of the swaps so let’s hope plan 1 goes to plan.
