Not a book - I bought the DVD of The Journey Continues by Tim Holtz.

I haven't bought the first DVD this is my first but I found it was a real eye opener and showed me how to use the alcohol inks, even how you ink the pads in a certain way that I would never have known.
It shows many different and exciting projects using tools and materials I have already, I have a melt pot and there is a whole section on that.
It is so easy watching and listening, it makes it all come to life and make sense and I will be replaying it and using the techniques soon.

I loved the part about making jewellery and objects from polymer clay and the DVD also covers distressing which is fascinating, embossing, alcohol inks, mosaics, dichroic illusions, and expressions on canvas.

You can select the topic you want to watch again, so you don't have to watch the whole thing each time!

I think you can play it right the way through if you want, or pick from the list to watch bits that you want. I will check next time I watch it!
