Thanks Maggie and Sam. I haven’t actually tried anything yet so your tips are very helpful.

Never tried baby wipes, might smell better though smile
Anything with ‘acetone’ will clean it I think.
Good luck Marilyn, it worked for me ok xx

Thanks Maggie. I seem to have a problem with dog hairs.  rolleyes
No matter how careful I am keeping the sheet covered when not in use, I’m sure the hairs physically crawl underneath it.  grin
Shall have to get rid of the dogs.  tongue wink
I’ve also had a midge crawling on the inside of my monitor for a day or so, he must be getting warm and tired by now.

Maggie you’re a mine of information…what would I do without you? confused
Think I shall have to call you Professor Maggie from now on. LOL
Midge has disappeared now so it’s probably lying in the bottom of the monitor with its little legs up in the air.

my hubby bought me a robo for christmas, I did find that the instructions and demo cd provided were not very good, have messed about quite a lot and am now getting better at it. Idid find that a tutorial on ebay was very good - bought it before I thought of asking anyone on here. The paper curling thingy, I assume you mean when it is cutting occasionally I have had it curl up on me, I think it is when the sticky is not so strong, I give it a quick spray with repoitionable adhesive - it lasts ages

dont fall out with it, just keep having a play, stop if you are getting annoyed and go back later. There were lots of flowers on the cds that came with mine, if you want to buy some to use, ebay or craftsuprint [ just click on craft robo] have a really good selection. I found that if I bought a few, it gave me the confidence to play a bit more and am now getting better.

hope this helps-sorry for going on

Hi all.  I’ve been a member for years but not contributed much, but the Robo is something I know a bit about.  Hope its ok to join in!!

To clean your mats - Baby wipes are great for a few times as it does bring the sticky back a little, you can also wash it with a little mild detergent, make sure its completely dry,  then use a repositional spray to re-sticky it. smile
