I have written a quick page that may help robo notes

You can cut card and paper, and other products - like vinyl.  Not quite sure what else - I have an older robo and only do card.

yes it will mark - but if it is marking too much I would reduce the cutting thickness.  You can adjust it manually

I don’t seem to have a curling problem - I tend to use thin card.  Is it when you are just taking it off the sticky back.  The stickiness soon goes off and it probably won’t curl as much.

I did think the QK tutorials were much better than the Robo stuff - have you looked at those?  There is a link on my page.

I don’t think your being stupid Sam, it does take a while to get used to it but its worth perservering. Have you managed to get anything cut yet? What are you trying to cut?
