I just get an exception error and it refuses to install the shop software, CR isn’t on but it is probably saving me a fortune on new downloads anyway so there’s always a bright side

I thought I had replied to this…must have had a senior moment!

I have the software installed on a net book that I never use with the Robo and it works OK.  Maybe it is worth uninstalling it and installing it.

I might try that Caroline are the files expensive?

atm they are 99c each - but I think that is a special offer.  many include several differents things in one file, others are just a single item.  You get 50 free, and they have given away another 3 since I loaded it.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but I am having problems with the .net portion of the software. we have just changed the hard drive as the old one was dying and I think thats why it won’t play. never mind i will just need to manage with the three million files i already have
