Sorry I can’t advise Sassy ... have you tried googling for reviews?  That’s what hubby did when he was looking for a craft robo.

Hi I have the personal cutter, which I love but was annoyed when expressions came out because I wanted that too! I would get it too if the pennies allowed. How do you find the design studio cd ( want it for my birthday in a few weeks) is it worth it? Good luck with your decision, Caroline X

i have the expressions and cant recomend it enough!!!!!! it is great, can cut 12 x 24 ” and cuts through anything… i have cut chip bord to vellum on it !!

it is so esay to use and i have even used it at a kids activity day and the 9yr olds had a ball with it and worked out how to use in in seconds!!!

i would say…..GO FOR IT!!! the two cartriges you get with it are great to, a brill althabet and some fad shapes, i bought two other catrages with it but use the others the most!!

you can also get a kit to hook it up to the PC so you can weld shapes and letters together and cut complet words not just letters.

did i say i love my cricut…. LOL LOL LOL

Having a Mac, I obviously am never going to be allowed to use the Design Studio software, but it did not put my off buying my Expression. It’s bloody brilliant. Wish I’d had one before my wedding, it would have saved me a hell of a lot of time.

The size and speed is fantastic, but realistically, if you’re never going to make more than cards, probably not worth upgrading. I was thinking ahead to when I start scrapbooking in the future (when we have ‘the talk’ about potential children that is)
