Made the pasta quiche dish this evening & it is really scrummy! Even OH liked it! Think I should have cooked it a bit longer though as I couldn’t cut it as it hadn’t set properly, just had to spoon it on the plates LOL  Think I need to use a bigger dish next time so the quiche isn’t so deep.

Thanks for that MT smile  , it’s basically just upping the quantity of those inredients as you have to add them anyway!
Will give this a go tho as sounds real yummy. Just need to find canned pumpkin now!

OMG…have got to try the pumpkin cake, have a huge squash left in my veg box and the next veg box delivery is tomorrow and so there will be another one in that, thanks for the redipe MT, do you have pictorial evidence of forementioned cake or did you scran it all before taking one LOL

what i do for baking on a budget is buy stuff like tesco value flour etc, home bargains also does a small range of branded cheap baking goods too, i just tend to get whatever is on offer or is cheapest at the time of buying, and i try and stick to 5 or less ingredient recipies.
