Lace often doesn't look right until it has been blocked.

Hiya everyone. Not been on for ages. I've had a rotten time in the last 6 months. Not only with my husband dying in September but also my mum in December. Will try to be a bit more regular from now on! At present I am knitting 'Flossie' the easter bunny from the March LK. Has anyone completed this and how was it to knit? Have just knitted the head so far.

Oh Annie - so glad to see you back ............... I've missed you but so sad at another loss for you <<<Big Hugs>>>. Dreamyknitter's made the bunny for the school Easter Fair & she enjoyed doing it as far as I remember. A couple of people from busymitts have done them & they look lovely. I was going to make one for Freya for Easter but as she's just started ballet I've made her a ballerina mouse as I think she'd prefer it. I may make the bunny at some stage tho in amongst stock for the shop & my stock & orders!!!!
Can't wait to see it finished grin

Lots of love ................... xxx

hi annie, tis good to see you back over here - although i've seen how you were doing on fb.

i want to do flossie, but i think warwick would prefer a boy version so i need to rework it a little. he is also very "BEAR!!" at the moment, so think i may do one of those first!

seriously, really lovely to see you back
