I like designing my own decoupage sheets including pyramids and shaped cards. Most of the time I think shaped cards are now becoming very popular as well as the flippin cards series. I also like vintage cards and started to experiment with vintage style papers and designs. As well as using digital stamps and making faux stamps adding them to the cards including inchies.

I hope this helps with the feature and isn’t too late,

hugs

Kristina

I’m addicted all of a sudden to using vellum and hand-made card and paper (Artymiss is selling a lot of cheap hand-made paper and card just now too).

I am lovinh heat embossing at the moment. I am totally obsessed with snowflakes this winter. I have been making a lot of different cards, experimenting with different coloured inks and embossing poweder, and leaving th ink to dry a little first. because snowflakes are never the same twice, it doesn’t matter too much if i smudge a bit, and it gives me an excuse to buy lots of different snowflake stamps, mixing glitters and mica pigment powders in. I sat down to play around with colours for a while on sunday and next thing i knew i’d made 14 cards!

It’s mostly 3D decoupage for me…especially cute stuff. I’m also loving the Jolly Nation Christmas box cards I got from QVC. I’ve made them all and they look mega cool…I wish they would bring out some non-Christmas ones too!!

For me it is digital stamps right now, and water-coloring! Very relaxing, just like having a coloring book!  Also stitching on my cards, have been doing a bit of that also. Barb

Right now for me i’m loving using the new annie delectable clear stamps and rachelle anne miller stamps and painting them with my rembrandt wc paints. Very therapeutic! And fairy and floral decoupage, that never changes. Loving pyramage and twisted pyramage decoupage too x

Stamping and using the speed ball roller for backgrounds with Adirondac ink pads.  It’s great fun trying out a mix of colours (I have been trying the Barbara Gray techniques and most turn out really well, especially mixed with masking. grin

Die-cuts, raffia, felt flowers, glazed brads, pens, distressed (wish I had distress inks) and bling (is there such as thing as metallic paper flowers? They would be great) and finding unusual things to use.
