Hi. The only bead/craft shop near me is hobbycraft but Im quite (very!!) poor and hobbycraft doesnt have the cheapest prices, but it is where i buy my tigertail, wire, and fimo from.

Just wondering if you know anywhere with hobbycraft vouchers, im sure i saw something online?

The cheapest place ive seen for fimo is 1.40 or 1.25 a colour, but the postage was either £2 or £3!

I dont have an ebay account.

Thanks

I know that sometimes hobbycraft advertise in the magazines and give money off vouchers, but it’s like £5 off if you spend £25 or more…so you really need to know what you’re going for!  I’ve not seen any vouchers on-line, but if I do I’ll give you a shout!
If you wanted to get anything from e-bay, i have an account, as long as you send me the money…!#

I have never seen any of their vouchers online. But have you registered your details on the HobbyCraft website and opted for their newsletter? If something comes out electronically, you should get the info via their newsletter. You would then also become aware of special offers.

And when you update/change your preferences on a monthly basis you are getting entered into a monthly prize draw for £20 worth of vouchers. Who knows, you might be lucky at some point.

Thaks for info everyone

I dont have paypal, i think postal orders are something like 75p so in that sense whackig things on the card is quicker and cheaper! Really should phone paypal for an account though as it’s difficult to sell jewellery with cheques! Ive not gone to town sometimes and let my friends have the things they bought for free, (cufflinks and jewellery)
I used to make cards and paint, foud the works cheap for things like canvases. if only they sold more jewellery stuff!!

Im going to sign up to hobbycraft, register box isnt showig at the moment
would love to win £20 haha can imagine that going quite quickly!!

Had idea lastnight to make fimo butterflies and draw the designs on.

http://www.cardcraft-uk.co.uk sells Fimo for £1.40 with free postage. Way cheaper than anywhere else I’ve found. Shame they don’t sell #08 (Metallic Pearl) which I use a lot of, but they have pretty much everything else.

I’m completely obsessed with polyer clay, it’s so much fun!

In the bin???

Don’t you use scrap clay as bead bases or similar? I’m shocked.

If you buy craft magazines, you’ll often find vouchers in them for Hobbycraft and other shops. There’s been a ton of them over the summer too.
