Hi Maggie,
I have one of them,
all the other shapes and sizes are spot on but I do have problems withe the small circle as well.
I find that when you do the first repeat, line up the pattern on the base then move the paper very slightly clockwise,
just so you can see a black line round the top edge of the righthand side pattern, this tends to correct the slight misalignment that seems to be on this size circle, all the other repeats are done as they should be, everything lined up.
Have to just try a couple on scrap paper to get the hang of it but it does work this way.
No consolation but at least I know its not just mine now.
Hope this helps a bit

Shelley thank you so much, I will give it a go,
not to sure where to actually start it off to begin,
it doesnt say in the instructions, it just says
place the paper on the punch which is not exactly helpful

Basically you start all the punches(apart from the straight border) in the same way,, place your card or paper with the top end level with the top of the punch and line the centre up with the mark at the top..
Then you follow the shape around using the guide picture on the template.
Have you used any multi shaper before, this is my first one, it was a bit confusing at first but you get really good effects if you persevere and can make your own shapes when you get the hang of it.
Sorry I can’t help any more Maggie

hi Maggie, i have one as well, and it does take a while to work out what to do, i hope the video has helped, and Shelly and Heike have offered good advise.

p.s if nothing works you can borrow Stuart, he seems to be able to work mine perfectly (knew he was useful for something :lol : )

LOL

God just watched the video and it makes it look to easy downer

all i would say is try punching in the middle of a sheet of paper rather than the edge and see if you get the circle then, also make sure the punch doesn’t move when you put pressure on it, i fin mine walks to the left as i put pressure on it.

i meet Debbi Moore the other week, and i asked her about this, as it is one of her products, she could not understand i found it difficult to use

In all honesty I wish I got some nettle things for the bug instead.
