This is the cross stitch I had been working on for a while, just need to get a frame for it, am putting this in with the prize for my challenge that is running at the moment. Thanks for looking.

That is so pretty Janice. The hummingbirds are like little jewels and I love the fuchsias - are they ribbon?

It looks really pretty, I wish I had the patience to do cross stitch but I just end up getting annoyed with myself!!

Jint - that is absolutely gorgeous hun.

maroulita - it’s really easy to learn, there are lots of books and websites that can give you the information and if you really want to try I have a small beginners kit that I will very happily send you to try. Its of a teddy bear.

You know my mum is a fan of cross stitching and does very beautiful makes.Whenever I look at her work,I realize that is something that I could never achieve!
