Well Nan loved her Mothers Day Card (bright yellow easel card with Daffodils) and put it up straight away.  Was great to catch up as not seen her all week due to work etc and we had a good natter, she’s off on holiday to Cumbria next week and looking forward to her 1st of 5 hols this year!  Not bad for an 81year old, though she neither looks nor acts it.

Was great to see Dad to and we also had a good natter on the way to my work, I’m even going down at some point to help him spring clean the house and the caravan!

Other than that a very quiet day thank goodness.  Lots planned for tomorrow and then I get to put me feet up (fingers crossed) and watch the F1 on Sunday - Yippee a day off at last

Haven’t done much myself really can’t seem to settle on anything at the moment. Hopefully the mojo will come back from wherever its hiding.

Off for a quick shower and then bed for me as I feel totally exhausted.

Gosh I cannot believe it is 3 days since I posted!  The time has flown by as have been soooo busy reorganising the house and the garage.  Ache all over and very tired, but we are getting there and hope to have the current jobs finished this weekend.  Will be more to do later but will take a break before tackling any other projects.

Will try to catch up a bit more later.  Hope all have a great weekend. xx

Paul & I had a wonderful evening out at our friends’ house last night! Dinner was delicious, the company was fab and the night itself was just excellent. they are a mad lot but, such a hoot! We know them all from Church so, we weren’t strangers to them, except to Lisas’ DH as he doesn’t go to church. We know them all from Church you see. So, it’ll be our turn to have a gang of them over for tea. Kids had fun with Papa & Grandma and were VERY GOOD for them and ate everything given to them. So, a god night to us all! Didn’t get to bed til after half past 12 this morning! So, still a bit tired.

Paul has various things to do today. But, later we are going to go get something from Argos for Avas’ Birthday for DH Sister and go swimming I think too. We are going to stop off at my FIL and Step MIL to give her her Mothers Day card as Paul forgot to give to her, he remembered to take it in the car with him but, forgot to actually give it to her. Silly Man!

Good morning all

I am feeling refreshed and happy today, not feeling yuck, hurray!

I’ve shaved the dog (well almost, I’ve got 2 legs left to trim lol).  I am now the proud owner of a dalmation wannabe in place of a springer spaniel. She has hundreds of spots that were hidden under her white long fur.

Today’s plan is shopping for tomorrow’s dinner (mum and dad are coming over), and then locking myself away in the craft room to play.  I’m going trawl around the challenge blogs to gain some inspiration and get back into challenge land again   I’m quite excited lol.

Huge hugs to all, I hope the sun is shining where you are, it’s glorious here!

Our house is a riot with y two messing around. About to take Josh down to paint in his Ben 10 pictures and see if I can get Ava out in the garden onto the trampoline!
