Display your favourite snapshots in style
The majority of us own a camera, and often take it along on family holidays, special events or exciting trips. However, the resulting pictures can easily be forgotten about, left on reels of undeveloped film or uploaded onto a computer and hidden in a folder.
Put your crafty skills to good use by showing off favourite images in a variety of different and exciting ways. Scrapbook layouts are the obvious choice as they can incorporate other souvenirs, like ticket stubs or programmes. They also make a thoughtful gift for anniversaries, Christmas presents or birthdays as you can really add a personal touch.
Home-made cards are another way of displaying photographs. If you have a digital camera and a good manipulation package on the computer, try editing the appearance, adding in funny captions or ClipArt. The finished item can then be printed out and used as the main design on a special greeting, or placed repeatedly across a larger sheet of paper for gift wrap.
