I don't know that much about WW, but on behalf of those with allergies etc..., don't they use a points system, so you can work it with other diet restrictions, as long as the points add up?

WW do use points so you can eat anything as long as it adds up to your daily allowance but they do encourage you to "spend" your points wisely and not use too many for foods that have no nutritional values. They encourage you have your 5 fruit and veg a day, a certain amount of milk, lean proteins, healthy oils and lots of water each day.
