RC I found that it stuck really badly on plastic needles and had to switch to bamboo...how strange? he he

Aims x

Yes, I really thought "Oh no, she's trying to use bamboo", but no matter, whatever is working for each of us...

Keep going! I love snowflake wool, it feels so lovely. However, I do hate knitting with it. I just find it's incredibly hard work.

But finished items sometimes make it worth while!

Nicola.

I have used that wool and its a *****to work but so soft I used metal needles and it is fine but I found it works bigger than I thought it would so instead of changing needles which would have been a nightmare there is a cardi for 6 months old instead of newborn  I thought it was just me having this problem so glad I seen this post its so expensive too the wool Isabelle x

2Belle, feel free to moan about the yarn if something like that happens again. Someone might just have figured out how to use it the right way, if not, you'll soon know that it is that *&^ned yarn, and not you. :-)

I made a lovely baby cardi in this yarn and whilst the finished garment looked great and felt so so soft and snuggly it was a right pain to work with. I couldn't see where I was up to on the pattern and if you made a mistake it was a nightmare.
