You will need...
Papers, patterned & adhesive-backed
Card, coloured
Gems, self-adhesive
Chip circles
Ribbon, adhesive
Pens, fine black, white gel
We’ve primped and preened an ordinary stationery stand into a kitsch kitchen recipe rack, using fabulous patterned papers, ribbon and gorgeous little decs from gems to boshers (button meets washer, result: bosher!). For the ultimate feel-good recipe collection, ask your friends to contribute their favourites, plus photos, which you can turn into one-of-a-kind laminated cards.
Making the Card
Cover a narrow card blank, 8cm x 14cm, with patterned, self-adhesive paper. Add a panel of coloured paper. Attach a small pink chip base rectangle, a square metal panel and a strip of adhesive ribbon.
Decorate the metal panel with a handwritten greeting and assorted pink gems. Attach a knotted piece of blue paper yarn using three small foam adhesive pads, and add three small decorative squares.
