Calorie Counter
1. Fold a 14cm x 28cm white card in half. Cut a 6.5cm square of patterned paper and layer on top of a 7.5cm square of white card. Attach to the blank with foam pads. Using green ink print 'Calories don’t count on your Birthday!' on white paper, using http://www.fontdiner.com Felt Point font. Trim and glue this onto a strip of the striped paper and fasten to front of the card.
2. Use the Sizzix Sidekick machine and the Pastry with Strawberry die to cut a cake shape in dark brown, white and pink. You will also need to cut strawberry pieces from red card and mirrorcard, plus a leaf from green card. Using a pin, push out the small indented shapes from the red strawberry and layer this on top of the red mirrorcard version. Add the leaf.
3. Piece the cake together so that it has a brown top, a pink middle, a brown bottom and white icing. Use the pink piece as the base layer and add the other sections on top with foam pads to give your cake a dimensional look. Add to the card, using more foam pads.
