These sound nice and not so high fat as some of the flapjacks.  I will put the recipe aside for when I have some black bananas - thank you for sharing

Is plain live natural yoghurt just the same as natural yoghurt? Apologises for the dopey question!!

If so, do you like fish?

Ok here goes, its a real simple recipe and tastes gogeous!!

You need:
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
2 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
2 tbsp chopped parsely/dill
2 skinless cod/haddock

1/ Preheat the grill to high,
2/ Mix the yoghurt, pesto and 1 tbsp of parsely/dill.
3/ Season and pour over the fish fillets in a ovenproof/microwaveable dish to cover them completely.
4/ Grill for 4-5 minutes, without turning until the fillets are cooked through.
5/ Sprinkle on remaining parsely/dill and serve!
