I will have to give you all my recipe sugar cookies.  it makes a batter instead of a dough, plus it is made with buttermilk.  My hubby loves them as i sprinkle them with sugar before I pop them into the oven to bake.  I will put the recipe onto here later.  ok.

I made rock cakes a few times and they have all sold on the country markets - I thought I would be left with them.  My recipe is my Grandads smile I think they are on my blog too

well today I had a bit of a bake for Ampthill Country Market stall tomorrow and also the Famers Market on Saturday.

So I baked:
2 ginger cakes that I cut up into 4 pieces each
18 melting moments
4 orange and sultana loaves
30 brownies (2 tray bakes)
7 smarties cookies (these were just for my son they don;t seem to sell that well at the market!
1 square choc cake that I iced and cut into 4.

I have also made a batch of Mothers Day cards - sold some at work yesterday
