I know the igredients are quite tricky I had to go out specially and buy oranges, lemons, yoghurt and mascarpone, oh and lemon curd.

Now however we have half a jar of lemon curd left and no one in my household really eats it.....I did however see a recipe for lemon meringue ice cream which involved lemon curd though tongue wink

Hope you and your parents enjoy it!!!!! grin

I have just added the loaf to my blog - if you fancy giving it a go.  I label all of the recipes so you can click on the option on the side and you can see them all.

Oooooh I’m glad it worked out well and that everyone enjoyed it!!
On the subject on millionnaires shortbread they made a banana one on tv this morning and it looked devine!!!

Carolyn, I agree with you with the BBC for recipes, they have a really good range on there! And your orange and sultana loaf looks lovely! How you ever made them without trying them I will never know!!!

I am going to make a Devonshire Honey Cake tonight......or tommorrow if I can’t be bothered!

Mmm Honey cake I love Honey, although very expensive to sell them.  I made a lovely one with dates and honey and carrots - but never took a photo.  I must make it again.

The banana loaf is very easy to make and a great one to use those old black bananas on rather than throw them away
