Surely you are well within your rights to ask for your money back and get them from somewhere else.

I don’t have a cuttlebug either, and no pennies to get one ..........BUT… I have entered the competition on Craft Beautiful home page, go check it out, you might be lucky enough to get one

A Bug is at the top of my “I must have cus I need” list. Been dropping hints everywhere....and finally my eldest son..who also crafts...suggested last week that we might be able to go halves....I’m up for for that as we don’t live far from each other.  Sooo next month I may have half ownership of a beautiful bug.

Wouldn’t it be lovely if someone could come up with a Craft Library so we could all borrow things. Half the stuff I see in shops I haven’t got a clue how to use or what they do, so’s not really going to buy, coz of the price. But............ I do have a BigShot, which my mum gave me for my last (but one) birthday and I’ve just started using it to help with the hundreds of wedding cards I’m doing!

Hmm, mine isn’t either hun.  In fact, when I showed him the embossing that the cuttlebug could do, he said it looks like wallpaper and he would be happy to take me to the DIY store to buy a couple of rolls!!!

Well I finally got sent the rest of my order today from Handy Hippo! I ordered it at the begining of april! No appology or anything just an invoice saying I havent been charged the extra postage #*%@@# cheek!!!

okay so heres my take on it.We don’t cuttlebugs.Most do.Make us feel part of the gang by sending us lovely diecuts and embossed papers.We’ll smile at you ,and make you feel wonderful for providing for us needy uncuttlebugged people.

I’ve look at their website before, been tempted but with your experience I don’t think I’ll bother to go back to order - that really is such poor customer service!

Ah, the cuttlebug - It has gone on my birthday wish list, dunno if I’ll get it though. I love some of the embossing plates they do and I am thinking that I could start to buy some of the embossing plates then ask my Mum and hubby to go halves of the purchase of the bug as I’ve got all these embossing plates and nothing to actually be able to use them

Just been looking at Dottie and George again, trying to decide which set and I spotted that two of our own had some of their cards shown as examples Fab examples, I really think that today I am edging on the Dottie side.... I get some money in my account this afternoon..... <innocent whistle>

As a non member of the Cuttlebug club, I have also entered the Prize draw ... but if unsuccessful I shall just beat our Maggie with a stick until she ‘cuttles’ me what I want LOL!

Some DIY stores rent out things like mixers and stuff, maybe craft shops could rent out cuttle bugs and things for us
