I love the swiss dot one it’s gorgeous, got a x-cut die today going to try it out on the bug as it’s much thinner, need to add letter D I think instead of a B plate . xx Maggie

I had a parcel of bug goodies come today. I got some heart, stars and critter dies and stylized flowers and tapestry folders. I was busy playing with them earlier. I just haven’t had a chance to take pics yet.

They are sooo cool. I love the tapestry folder. It looks great inked using a brayer.

You’ve caught the bug!! smile

OOhh indeed! In a BIG (or should that be BUG) way! LOL

My Favourite is the Fantasy Floral and my favourite technique is inking with distress inks .

What are the best alphabets, dies and embossing folders that you would recommend buying for my cuttlebug? Thanks
In Oz you can get alphabet sets cheaply as well but need to gain enough money to buy a set......LOL

hehehe Lollies I have to say ALL OF THEM! LOL I LOVE them all. I made a few naughty ebay buys, but they were worth it! I have some sizzix dies coming from America, that have not been released here yet! I paid less than $10 each! RRP here for me for similar ones are over $30.

Actually Lollies, just have a look at cards made by some of the clever ladies around here and you will get a feel for what you like. Then go with that.

With my purchases I have tried to buy dies and folders that I can use for more than one occasion, and ones that can be used for all ages. The animal ones are cute but really only suitable for young children. You wont be making the best use of your money if you don’t use it very often.

I’m still not impressed with Handy Hippo, I still havent received all my order!!
I have since ordered some from Sassy Crafts and they came this morning, I got the 4 small ones called wedding/marriage and the larger Happy birthday one. Really annoyed with handy hipo, I could have ordred and received them from somewhere else now, but they have my money so cant order them again!!

I went to Hobbycraft today, for the first time in ages, wished I hadn’t! They have started selling Cutlebug at last, but their prices are sky-high angry £64.99 for an alphabet and around £6.50 for the double dies hmmm
