Hi Doreen welcome to the forum.  I’m a newbie too and everyone has been really nice.  I find crafting really therapeutic, I hope it has helped you while recovering from your surgery grin

Hi Doreen,
You are already on the boards and chatting away in fine style. Just keep doing it and we can all stay in touch that way.
As for seeing other peoples work - some folks have their blog listed in their signature (bottom of their messages, like emma, dingeldel and others do on this thread). Click on their blogs and enjoy! May you will have your own crafty blog soon?
Other people add a picture to their post like this:-
You click on the browse button and select the photo or card you want to show from your picture management software. If you want to add more than one pic, click preview post then choose again. When you are ready press send like you do now to post. But the maximum size per post is 3 attachments and 2048KB total. If you see a pic in the postings try clicking on it and it will come up as a separate window - try with the one attached to my post! I haven’t got round to a blog .......yet!
Good luck and look forward to chatting more with you.
