I've been reading Terry Pratchett again recently (requested his latest one "Making Money" for Christmas).

Haven't really read much fiction recently, mostly stuff for my degree.

I love comedy fiction, and autobiographies, and the occasional thriller. I'm currently reading 'Moab Is My Washpot' - Stephen Fry's authobiography; aswell as 'I Like You' by Amy Sedaris, which is a comedic guide to being the perfect hostess. I've just finished Russell Brand's Booky Wook and started on 'Flowers In The Attic' which I enjoyed when I was younger but got sidetracked by Stephen Fry raspberry I love reading. As far as my general favourite books go, I love Hunter Thompson's 'Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas' and Melvin Burgess' 'Junk', I'll have a think about my others as I'm having a mental block!

Anything and everything, I don't really have a preference. I instructed my parents to buy Russell Brands Booky Wook for my OH oh oh for Christmas (guess who will be reading that first) and I am looking forward to reading it. I love writing and find a lot of inspiration from short story authors and books/poems/scripts from unknowns and very old books. I'll pop some links on later from some of my favourite free book download sites, I am feeling very sorry for myself at the moment so I'm just popping off for a lemsip to perk myself up.

I don't usually find the time to read novels these days, so I like to flick through craft and sewing related books and magazines. I did read the Flowers in the Attic years ago when it was all the rage. I would like to read it again if I can get hold of them again.

Same here! In fact I'm a slight Harry Potter obsessive LOL I have three copies of each except for Deathly Hallows (only one of them so far!)

I pretty much read anything, although I'm not so into 'bestsellers' and stuff. Love classics and modern classics, sci-fi, kids fantasy. Just started reading Terry Pratchett, magazines about pretty much anything ... back of the cornflakes packet ...

I'm the same Tassie, if I'm bored and have nothing to read I've been known to read the instructions on fire extinguishers.

I enjoy love stories, harry potter books and trashy books. Don't do classic, murder, crimes etc. In the bew year of 2007 after purchasing one of the many quick & crafty magazines that had a feature on those craft novels (A Shop on Blossom Street, A Good Yarn, The Wedding Dress, The Friday Night Knitting Club etc.) I bought Allhose I've mentioned and Read most of these and in the middle of The Friday Night Kntting Club. These are great books if your into books like this.....go on try them! wink

I love the Rebus books from Ian Rankin. And perhaps it's ridiculous, but I haven't bought the latest and final book yet. And I don't think I will get until somebody tells my about the end. These have been my favourite books for years now, and it would just be so sad in case he killed Rebus off in the end. downer Perhaps a bit too sentimental and emotional, I know, but that's me.

I'm more of a non-fiction kinda gal. I do like the odd autobiography too.

I enjoy looking at craft books, and also books that relate to my sort of life (like home-teaching and largish families).
