Cardmaking and scrapbooking are my two addictions.  I’ve done the knitting thing, and crocheting, even dabbled in painting, but nothing (for me at least) beats sitting down and scrapbooking for an afternoon, or making cards.

Hi Casidy! I love cardmaking and scrapbooking too. I also love jewelry making, making ATC’s, macrame, quilling, etc. I used to knit too but now I don’t knit very often. I prefer the macrame now.

Definately cardmaking! Can’t get enough of it though! Sit each day and some evenings making cards. But now I enjoy making Bookmarks! And I even also enjoy decorating small gift boxes for pressies, and stitching. Also like making canvas craft works and am about to venture into making decorative accessories for the home and making fabric and paper mobiles for the baby room! xxx OH Yeah! And I have been advised to have a go at making ATCs by a craft pen pal. So shall have a go at that too!  smile

My favourites are card making and enhancing photo albums with papercraft techniques (i.e. it is less colourful than scrapbooking and there are ofen more photos on each page).

cool hmm How do you choose which is your favorite craft?

I guess as I’ve been doing it for 30+ years shock  it’s got to be either knitting or cross stitch, because if I didn’t really enjoy doing them I wouldn’t have done them for sooo long!

A really good friend of mine introduced me to card making 4 years ago whilst I was awaiting my major op, and that in turn has snowballed into the various forms of stamping, embossing, papercrafting, decoupage and I’ve just done my first two scrapbooking pages as a double spread. I enjoyed the scrapbooking so much I am desperately hunting for some really good photos of my daughter so that I can do some more, and for some papers to make a wedding scrapbook too cheese

Each craft is just so varied and enjoyable, but I guess that the results I get with cross stitch means it has got to take the title of favorite, even though it probably takes the longest to complete a project!

My favourite craft has to be card-making. It has so many different techniques, you can just change when you get fed-up with the one you are doing. I have tried quite a few, but really must have a go at iris folding and quilling. I also enjoy cross-stitching but they take such a long time to finish them.
