My worst would have to be some little terrapin figures that were free with some chocolates years before I was actually given them.
My best would have to be my jewellery making tools.I use them constantly and without them I would n’t be able to make jewellery so easily.

My worst was two years ago, when my hubbie ,for some bizarre reason known only to himself, decided to buy me an electric guitar and amp smirk
Its been sitting in the bedroom untouched since then.
My best ,well, thats a toss up between a CHiPs wall projector thingey I got when I was five, and my My Little Pony DreamCastle I got when I was about 8 cool smile

This year I have no clue whats hes actually gotten me-I gave him a list of books (Scifi/fantasy stuff) that I’ve been meaning to pick for ages.A big box from amazon arrived last weekand I’m drooling at the thought!! lol I just hope its a me box of books and not a him games consoles box!! gulp

One of my worst was a wine decanter that was covered in a leather ‘skin’ and then it was cradled in a leather box that had designs stamped on it, studs ‘n’ things. And the colours were mottled green and burgandy with yellowish-gold accents. I was actually scared to touch the thing!  Also, I have a dear friend who for some reason thinks she should recycle everything, but what it really means is she brings me a box full of little bits and bobs that now I have to find a use for or store somewhere. And the worst is when people clearly give you something they obviously got as a ‘free’ gift like a really cheap clock or something they got free at a trade show and they don’t want.  Its not really a thoughtful gift that says much.

The best are my daughter’s gifts and when I was little a little table with chairs and a tea set I received from my Dad when he was away.

Ummm - NO! first thing to go!  I was able to safely ditch it to a second-hand shop before I moved away from my home town - it was like getting rid of a ‘cursed object’ like you see in the movies - I have no idea where it is now, lol!

You never can tell, maybe someone really liked it!

Best this year: NCIS season 2 boxset.

Worst this year: Bath stuff, I have really bad allergies and my skin is very sensitive as a result, most shower gels or soaps give me eczema.

I have the same problem with smellies MS, I have to use stuff made from natural plant oils by Faith in Nature!

Worse pressie this year, Radio 1 CD of songs from over the years sung by 40 current artists!

Best pressie well it could be all the money I got which I can buy something good with, or it could be the weekend away in Exeter to visit the craft show and my adopted donkey, or it could be the adopted donkey for the year!

Can’t remember the worst ever Christmas pressie or best, I did get smellies last year I can’t use. I have had chocolates I can’t eat, but when I was about 4 or 5 my parents bought me a 3’ (about a metre) high doll for my birthday and stood it in my bedroom unwrapped for me to see when I woke up - boy did I scream!  It terrified me to see this “person” standing there.  I truly hated that doll, so I left it out in the sun and it melted round the waist so was distorted for ever.  It had lots of outfits my Mum and Gran made for it too!  I am scarred for life by that doll I can see it’s face as I am typing this!

My best ever was this year, I got £70 to spend in the craft shop!  The problem was I had the money but couldn’t decide what to buy!!

Worse was about 10 years ago my sister in law gave us all a bar of chocolate for Christmas, it wasn’t a well known name which normally isn’t a problem!  But this one fizzed on your lounge and was the most revolting chocolate I’d ever had sick to this day we’ve still not told her!!
