Hi Juliet,
just had a look at your site and your needle felt figures are great, put mine to shame! Needle felting is really addictive...my only problem is finding the time to sit down and do it!
My daughter has commandeered all the dogs i’ve made for her dollshouse, and they hang around in a pack in the kitchen. Just made some bears but Lolly at work has nicked one already...is nothing sacred?
Quick tip for the newly addicted - buy a couple of rubber finger stools (you know, those rubber thimbles with the nobbly bits on for counting sheets of papers), turn them inside out and put over your thumb and first finger so when you’re pricking fine detail and miss the felt (because you’re trying to watch Heroes at the same time), you’ve got half a chance of the needle getting stopped by the rubber and not going straight through your flesh!!! Believe me, before I discovered this the skin at the ends of my fingers got really sore from the constant pricking and the air in my house was blue!!!
