Hi all,
As most of you will have noticed, the forum has grown steadily since we relaunched as a registration-only membership site in November. Because of this, supervising the forum to ensure it runs smoothly and continues to be an enjoyable place has become a large job; one that is certainly too big for Jenny and myself to undertake alone.
We have decided to make four of our well respected members moderators to help keep the site running smoothly.
These members are:
Devonbunny
NicolaJ
Maggie50
Icklepickle
Each will have their own specific area to oversee, and you’ll be able to go to them with any problems or queries if Jenny or myself aren’t online.
You may notice that these members have all been previously selected as Member of The Month. We decided it would be a good place to start when choosing members for this new role, as everyone has agreed that they have been a great help already. However, this doesn’t mean that every Member of The Month will automatically become a moderator, although as the site continues to expand, we will be looking for further help so there is always the chance you could be selected too!
The moderators will still be able to enter competitions and challenges, and will start from this afternoon.
We’ll be updating you with further requests for help/supervision as and when it occurs.
