Join DMC in raising money
It's always nice to put creative skills to good use for a good cause, and that's exactly what DMC are aiming to do this year at Hobbycrafts. DMC has joined forces with adorable character Lickle Ted, to give sewing fans the chance to Stitch In Celebration or Stitch In Memory to raise funds for Macmillan. There will be a large design of the cute bear that visitors can add a stitch to, and make a donation to Macmillan. In addition, there will be live demonstrations every day on the stand, with guest appearances and the chance to view the latest exciting products.
Those of you who were involved in Macmillan's World's Biggest Coffee Morning can come along to the stand and see what a great time was had by all. You can also find out how to participate in the fun event for 2008 or register at http://www.macmillan.org.uk/coffee
