Create stylish stationary this Christmas with a cool blue festive set
You will need...
Stamps: Hero Rubber Clear set (CL366)
Acrylic block
Ink-pads
Chalks
Fiskars circle cutter and template
Pens, gel, glaze
Gem stones
Foam-pads
Letraset
These cute images are rubber stamped onto cards, tags, boxes and bags for a co-ordinated stationery set this Christmas. Rubber stamps allow repeat, identical images to be made, which is fab way to quick production at this busy time!
Bird Card
1. Place the fir rubber stamp on to an acrylic block and ink with a blue. Stamp onto a square of blue card. Repeatedly print the fir image onto the blue card leaving a space top right. Now use blue chalk to rub colour around each fir print.
2. Use Letraset rub down transfers to add Happy Christmas bottom left. Then, add small self-adhesive clear gem stones to the stamped fir images. Mount the card to a single-fold red card.
3. Stamp the bird image using black permanent ink onto a square of light blue card. Use gel and glaze pens to colour in the bird. Mount this onto blue card, then use foam pads to attach to the card, top right.
Gift Bag
1.Take a piece of card, 26cm x 14cm. Score lines at 2cm,10cm,14cm,22cm in from one edge. Then score along the long edge, 4cm from the bottom edge. To make the flaps for the base, create four cuts along the score lines up to the line you have just made.
2. Add a Christmas Sparkles sentiment to the top of the front panel. Stamp snowflakes along the card in blue ink. Apply chalk in between and fix on some gem stones.
3. Stamp a penguin onto blue card and shape using a circle cutter. Colour in using gel pens. Assemble the bag and glue the side and base flaps in place. Thread ribbon through holes in the top and secure on the reverse side. Mount the penguin using foam-pads.
