I think I am just being very stupid and missing something very simple ,

I think , I was expecting it do more than I want , would like some simple flowers

I have some simple flowers on the web site - there are also some great fonts (ding bats) with flowers, I have added some links for them too.

There are also flowers on the templates - what sort of shape were you after?

Thankyou Carolyn and Tracy for helping me with the craft robo

I am very embarrassed to say , the problem I was having was all my fault and missing one silly step red face

I think I have it working now , so hopefully I might start cutting things now and putting them on my cards

Oh no - can’t help on that as I don’t have it.  Does it lock up?  Inkscape does that and I just have to close it and open it - so I keep saving it as I go!

Hi everyone, I am so relieved to hear you have trouble in the past I thought it was just me. Couple of questions for anyone to help please, I would like to make a number card like it shows on the create & craft demos but am wondering which way it’s done either by cutting two out the same with a little tab on to glue together or all in one piece…this is where I am struggling because i can’t alter part of the number (where the back & front would fold) from a cut line to a fold. Does anyone understand that?
Also whenever I try to load media my machine at first says unload media until I tell it to cut then it changes to working. I hope I haven’t baffled you with all this info overload ha ha.
i would also like to start selling my cards but don’t know how to go about it cos i feel a bit cheeky and wouldn’t know how much to sell them for. has anyone else lacked this confidence before they branched out into selling cards x x x tongue wink

I am not sure if I can help - are you making the template yourself?  What software are you using to do it?

I think you need to make a copy of the number and then turn it into a mirror image - something on the edit manu.  Then you need to weld them together.

Yes Carolyn I done that and they join together but I cant get it to weld even though I have the new version
you are just supposed to click a button and it welds but not in my case hhmmmm.
chris if you use the grid you can get both sides exactly the same size for the mirror image,
I bought templates of some numbers and I love them too. they went down really well.
Dont worry you will get used to the robo I simply love it now . xx maggie
