I have made this card for a sketch that I saw featured in a regular craft magazine that I get every month and, wanted to give this one a go after, having a good time doing thier last sketch featured! The layout I shall add up soon when I can but, for now i had to use two images and a band of something in the centre. Here, I have used two pretty butterfly images given to me in RAK and used my WC rembrandt paints and raised the two on top of the Amy Butler Sultry paper used as the base! I curved the butterflies up to give some definition and and more interest!
I have used some gold organza ribbon and stitched on 3 pink sequin flowers and beads to finish the band & have stitched on a transparent cupped sequin with bead to the centre of each Butterlfly and also, stitched on some raised punched paper flowers with sequins and beads again! I thought this title was perfect because this paper is Blooming & as two lovely symbolic butterflies.
Thanks for looking
Natalie xx
